Senior Manager: KPMG London
1. Led a 20-member, cross-jurisdiction team for the expedited testing of 4,500+ controls at Lloyds Banking Group, optimizing team composition, task assignment, output reviews, and client stakeholder collaboration to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion amidst challenging circumstances. The successful implementation of our strategic recommendations by the client not only underscores the effectiveness of our team’s meticulous planning and execution but also set a new benchmark for operational excellence within Lloyds Banking Group.
2. Directed and supervised a cross-jurisdiction team of 15 members, overseeing the successful execution of a substantial integrated audit encompassing IT General Controls and Automated Business Controls reviews for Prudential PLC.

1. Led and managed a 10-member team in successfully executing a comprehensive, multi-location audit for Tarmac Group, the UK's premier sustainable building materials and construction solutions provider. Ensured the team's composition included a strategic mix of skills and experience, delegated tasks, conducted output reviews, and facilitated constructive discussions with client stakeholders to pinpoint bottlenecks and address identified issues. Additionally, concurrently managed several smaller projects for prominent organizations, including Shell, RELx Group, McDonald's, and Tesco. Awards: 2018 EY Culture Coin recognizing employees who live EY’s values of Innovation and Creativity.
2. Learning and Development Lead: Executed the Learning and Development program, collaborating with the sponsoring Partner to identify departmental learning needs, formulate the annual learning agenda, coordinate with other managers for program implementation, and conducted comprehensive evaluations to gauge success and identify areas for enhancement.

Associate to Manager: PwC Uganda
1. Having been selected for the highly competitive PwC graduate program, I completed the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants certification in record time and demonstrated academic excellence by scoring the top mark in the country for 2 out of 14 exams across 2 years.
2. Led an initiative to secure a contract with a prominent telecommunications company in Uganda, resulting in a successful pitch and earning a 6-month secondment to ATC Uganda as a key member of their Oracle implementation team. My outstanding performance and a consistent track record of high achievement led to my selection for a highly competitive secondment to PwC London. During this experience, I gained invaluable international exposure while delivering IT audits at a global level.
3. Led an initiative to present a compelling project proposal to PwC Nigeria, involving a groundbreaking solution for MTN Nigeria. We employed data analytics tools to address a persistent challenge that had plagued the company for more than 5 years: reconciling a substantial ($500m) unexplained variance between their revenue and billing systems. This effort proved highly rewarding, and the team earned internal recognition and an award for our innovative approach to the problem.

Led and supervised teams of up to 5 in delivering audits for various prominent organisations including SABMiller, Glaxosmithkline and WPP. I also proactively sought out opportunities to gain skills and
experience in emerging technologies, notably Data Analysis where I was recognised for my aptitude in this area and nominated to complete the ACL Certification Program which sets the industry standard for technical proficiency and professional expertise in using ACL Analytics data analysis software.
